Well another year has just started and the stock market continues to take it on the chin. Homeowners are defaulting on their loan in growing numbers causing havoc in the mortgage markets as well as causing big problems for home builders. When will it all turn around? Hmm, don't know for sure, but I am thinking we have a ways to go before things get better. Rumor has it that the fed will be cutting interest rates once again, possibly by 1/2 point at their next meeting, but that really won't help the homeowner that bought way to much house for their income. We shall see how things go.
